Service Description
Settle into the peaceful rhythm of the Sanctuary with 55 minutes of guided yoga & 20 minutes restorative sound-bowl experience designed to awaken the body, deepen the breath, and quiet the mind. Enjoy herbal tea and unstructured sanctuary time following class. Wander the land, sit beneath a tree, journal, meditate, or simply find a quiet place to be. More than a yoga class, this 75-minute experience is an invitation to move, receive, integrate, and reconnect—with your body, yourself, and the natural world.

Cancellation Policy
Appointment Reservation & Cancellation Policy To reserve your appointment, a valid credit card is required at the time of booking. Your card will be securely stored to hold your reservation and will not be charged at the time of booking. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as missed appointments ("no-shows"), will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee to the credit card provided at the time of booking. We understand that emergencies can occur. If an unforeseen circumstance arises, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis. Thank you for respecting our practitioners' time and allowing us to serve all clients with care and availability.
